STAF59 RHS15/80 W  is a combined batch freezer and pasteurizer designed for making ice cream, pastry creams, jams, toppings, and sauces. This multifunctional machine consists of two independent units: a batch freezer and a pasteurizer. The lower unit is a horizontal batch freezer with adjustable settings, allowing you to produce gelato with the desired consistency. Its advanced agitator torque control algorithm enables the production of creamy and compact ice cream. The upper unit functions as a pasteurizer and creamer, featuring a mixing system and an integrated refrigeration unit. It can handle 3 to 15 kg of mixture per cycle, heating it up to 115C and cooling it down to 4C. The system includes two interchangeable unloading channels, allowing you to discharge the mixture either into a freezer or an external container. It supports a variety of program functions, including pasteurization, cooking, heating, tempering, cooling, and ripening. The machine can be used to prepare a wide range of products, including ice cream bases, thermostable fruit toppings, various creams (fat-based, fat-free, fruit, nut, custard, etc.), biscuit mixtures, cream puff batter, almond paste, mousses, pate a bombe, puddings, ganache, poppy seed filling, jelly, confitures, marmalade, cake glazes, egg liqueur, syrups, wort, leavening agents, soups, side dishes, sauces, risotto, polenta, mayonnaise, and much more. It is possible to transfer the prepared mixture from the upper cylinder to the lower cylinder or to extract it into an external container without the need to pass through the lower cylinder of the freezer.
