The lower unit is a horizontal batch freezer with adjustable settings, allowing you to produce gelato with the desired consistency. Its advanced agitator torque control algorithm enables the production of creamy and compact ice cream. The upper unit serves as a pasteurizer, heated to 115C, with an internal channel for directly transferring the mixture from the pasteurizer to the freezer. It supports various program functions, including pasteurization, cooking, heating, and tempering.
